If you are not completely satisfied with your product you may return it within 14 days of date of purchase. Send it back unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you recieved it.  Once the mat is received and inspected, you will be offered a full refund.  Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.  

In the rare event that your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the product.  Arrangements will be made to redeliver a new one at no cost.

Your items will be couriered to you within 2-5 working days of placing your order.  To track your order, please use the tracking reference number you will be provided. Any queries regarding your delivery are to be directed to the service provider.

As you journey through your practice, your mat will show signs of wear.  The surface is susceptible to stains and scratches.  Be cautious of products containing oils and prevent your mat from making contact with sharp objects.  Clean the mat by wiping  with a soft, damp cloth and allowing it to air dry.  Keep your mat out of direct sunlight.  Roll the mat with the logo facing inwards to avoid damage.  Mats have a rubber smell that will fade with use.
